IF THE BOLTS ARE LOOSE OR THE BRACKET HAS CRACKED, THE BOLTS, NUTS, AND BRACKETS WILL BE REPLACED. IF THE BOLTS ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND ARE TIGHT, THEY WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW BOLTS AND LOCKTITE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON FEBRUARY 22, 2008.
