THE NON-COMPLIANCE EXISTS BECAUSE OF A POSSIBLE SEPARATION BETWEEN THE LAMP LENS AND LAMP HOUSING DUE TO VIBRATION. THIS SEPARATION COULD ALLOW MOISTURE AND DIRT ACCUMULATION TO OCCUR INSIDE THE LAMP ASSEMBLY.
