THESE FASTENERS HOLD THE UPPER COLUMN ASSEMBLY IN PLACE. THE STEERING COLUMN PIVOT MAY FRACTURE IF THE BOLTS ARE MISSING WHEN AN EXCESSIVE FORCE IS APPLIED TO THE STEERING WHEEL.
