If you find any errors with the policy, contact the company immediately and send the changes in writing. 1. Log into your insurance account and go to the “My Insured Items” section of the Overview page.

2. Check the list of policies that are displayed to make sure there are no duplicates.

3. If you find duplicate policies, contact your insurance company or agent to resolve the issue.

4. If you would like a physical insurance card, contact your agent or the Customer Care Center to request one.

5. You can also access your policies by going to the Policies menu of your My Account profile.

6. To access previous proof of insurance, go to the Policies page and select the policy you would like to view. Under the Documents tab, you’ll be able to view, download, and print all previous policy documents up to 13 months.

7. Take time to review your application before you sign it and do not sign any blank forms. Ask for copies of all forms and other documents for your records before you leave the office of the agent, broker, or insurance company.

Step 10: Make a copy of your policy if necessary

If you need to make a copy of your policy, you can contact your insurance agent or company.
